Definitions

In this agreement, "Airport Transfer Coulsdon," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. "You" and "you're" may pertain to any individual, entity, or organization making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure punctuality, especially for airport transfers requiring adherence to specific check-in times. Airport Transfer Coulsdon shall not be held accountable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or unavailability at the designated pick-up time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size that accommodates all passengers and luggage adequately. Airport Transfer Coulsdon does not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Please note that regardless of age, a child counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Any requirement for wheelchair access must be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our pricing is based on the information provided by you. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT, if applicable, and any material changes to the itinerary may lead to adjustments in the quoted price.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time will be charged at the standard rate. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review this confirmation thoroughly for accuracy. Failure to notify Airport Transfer Coulsdon of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage to or excessive soiling of the vehicle by passengers may incur cleaning charges.

4.2 Consumption of food, beverages, or smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We are not authorized to exceed the maximum passenger capacity stipulated by licensing or insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after dispatch may incur charges based on the distance covered by the driver.

5.2 For cancellations made before dispatch, a charge may be applied to the original payment for bookings made through our online system.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to provide an alternative vehicle promptly to facilitate the continuation of your journey.

6.4 You agree not to hold Airport Transfer Coulsdon liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of individuals within your party.

6.5 Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised by any passenger. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We reserve the right to subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Airport Transfer Coulsdon retains the right to modify these terms and conditions, with changes taking effect upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Airport Transfer Coulsdon and yourself.

8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions is intended to confer benefits to any third party or grant them the right to enforce terms without prior written agreement.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days from the date of the booking pickup. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
